- LEGAL MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY
The objectives of the research carried out in the GREGEMESE are to develop knowledge in management sciences, organization and company management by carrying out fundamental and applied research.
The ‘scientific production’ of the GREGEMESE should actively contribute to the academic life of the ESAM and will result in research papers, documents, organization and participation in symposiums and conferences, teaching techniques…
The work will be published under the title ‘ESAM Research Papers’.
The research work carried out by GREGEMESE is the foundation stone of the new ideas and knowledge dispensed at the ESAM, whether in standard, sandwich course or life-long training.
Furthermore, the GREGEMESE intends to develop collaborations with businesses and other organisations in its field, in order to develop entrepreneurial and managerial practices from experimental work and assessment activities.
It may be true that the idea of research will always remain associated with hard science, however, research in Management, Law, Company administration, Finance or even Marketing has shown itself to be a real driving forces for social development.
In a school such as the ESAM, the promotion of a scientific project should articulate around what is referred to as « applied research ».
This applied research consists in confronting, in a practical way, the ideas and principles of professional practice relevant to (and with an aim at improving), efficiency, profitability and legality.
By setting up a Group for applied research under the scientific direction of Lille 2 University, the ESAM can give greater prestige to the expertise of its teaching staff and students.
Gaining a reputation for the quality of its scientific work is an excellent way for the ESAM to pursue its main objective: helping its students to get the best jobs possible in business.
