• Candidates must submit an application file and explain their personal and professional ambitions.
• A Synthesis Interview (for candidates on the short-list).

The questions aim to assess the candidate’s ability to think analytically; defend their point of view; explain their reasons for choosing their particular career path, and whether they have a realistic perception of business.

This interview aims to define whether the candidate’s motives are coherent with their professional goals, their previous studies, their personality and study path.
